Along with the development of the Corporation, the Party Committee of the Company is also growing and growing in the following main stages:

1. From 1988 to October 13, 1997, the Corporation's Party Committee was the grassroots Party Committee under the Party Committee of Ba Dinh district, Hanoi city, including 12 branches with 160 party members.

The Executive Board of the Corporation's Party Committee includes: 05 comrades, Mr. Phi Thai Binh, the General Director of the Corporation holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee, Mr.: Vu Khoa, the Chairman of the Board of Directors holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Corporation.

2. On October 14, 1997, the Party Committee of Vietnam Construction Import-Export Corporation - VINACONEX was established under the Decision No. 100 QD/TU of the Standing Board of the Hanoi Party Committee, which is the Party Committee at the higher level on the grassroots level. directly under the Hanoi Party Committee, including 20 branches, affiliated Party Committee, 1210 Party members.

The Provisional Executive Committee of the Party Committee includes: 15 comrades, the Standing Committee: 5 comrades. Mr. Phi Thai Binh, General Director of the Corporation holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee, and Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, Deputy General Director holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Corporation.

3. The first Congress of the Corporation's Party Committee, term 1999 - 2004 was held on March 22 - 23, 1999.

The Congress elected 25 comrades to the Executive Committee, 07 comrades to the Standing Committee, Comrade Phi Thai Binh, Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Corporation was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee. Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, Deputy General Director of the Corporation, Mr. Duong Xuan Tam holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Corporation's Party Committee.

The Corporation's Party Committee has: 30 branches, affiliated party committees, 1425 party members.

4. The 2nd Congress of the Corporation's Party Committee, term 2005 - 2010 was held from October 20 to October 22, 2005.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Corporation's Party Committee consisting of 27 comrades, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of 07 comrades. Comrade Phi Thai Binh, Member, Member of the Hanoi People's Council, Chairman of the Board of Directors continued to be re-elected Secretary of the Party Committee of the Corporation. Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, General Director of the Corporation, Mr. Hoang Hop Thuong holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Corporation's Party Committee.

The Corporation's Party Committee includes: 58 branches, affiliated party committees, 2127 party members.

On September 22, 2006, Comrade Phi Thai Binh was elected by the Hanoi People's Council to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee.

In September 2006, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation.

In September 2006, Mr. Truong Quang Nghia was additionally elected to the Standing Board of the Party Committee of the Corporation, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of the Corporation.

In April 2008, comrade Truong Quang Nghia was mobilized by the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee, appointed to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang Party Committee.

In April 2008, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phuong was additionally elected to the Standing Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of the Corporation;

5. The third Party Congress of the Corporation, term 2010-2015 was held from August 6 to August 7, 2010.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Corporation's Party Committee consisting of 33 comrades, the Standing Committee of 9 comrades. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phuong, General Director of the Corporation was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee, Mr. Doan Chau Phong Deputy General Director of the Corporation, Mr. Hoang Hop Thuong held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Corporation. company.

The Corporation's Party Committee consists of 72 branches, affiliated party committees, and 3351 party members.

6. The 4th Congress of the Corporation's Party Committee, term 2015-2020 was held from August 5 to August 6, 2015.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Corporation's Party Committee consisting of 27 comrades, the Standing Committee of 9 comrades. Mr. Vu Quy Ha, General Director of the Corporation was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee, and Mr. Doan Chau Phong and Mr. Do Trong Quynh held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Corporation.

7. The 5th Congress of the Party Committee of the Corporation, term 2020-2025 was held from July 28 to July 29, 2020.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Corporation including 23 comrades, the Standing Committee of 07 comrades. Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee, and Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong and Mr. Duong Van Mau held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Corporation.
