The North An Khanh New Urban Area project is currently invested by An Khanh New Urban Development Joint Venture Company (JV between Vinaconex and Posco E&C Korea, according to the legal capital contribution ratio of 50/50). . The project has an area of 264.13 hectares in communes: An Khanh, Lai Yen, Song Phuong and Van Canh, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi city. According to the master plan of Bac An Khanh urban area, this is a newly planned and built urban area synchronously into a complete complex.
The whole area is divided into functional areas including: high-rise apartment buildings, villas and townhouses, offices for rent, commercial centers, supermarkets.
