Project progress

Hanoi, April 27, 2026, Mr. Tran Duc Thang, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, conducted a site inspection of the Ring Road 3.5 project, a key transport infrastructure project for the capital, and stressed the urgent need to resolve existing challenges and obstacles to accelerate construction progress.

Amid the vibrant working atmosphere at the Ring Road No. 4 - Capital Region project site, the Vietnam National Union of Building Workers VNUBW visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to VINACONEX employees and workers directly engaged in construction.

In the final days of 2025, construction activity at the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway project has entered its peak phase. VINACONEX is mobilizing maximum manpower and equipment, accelerating progress to meet the target of technical opening on December 19, in line with Government directives.
