Upon the guidance and approval of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of Vinaconex Corporation, the Trade Union has organized cultural and sports events to commemorate the 35th anniversary of the Corporation’s establishment (September 27, 1988 - September 27, 2023) and in honor of the 14th Congress of Vietnam Construction Trade Union, term of 2023 to 2028.
The "Creating slogan for 35 Years Vinaconex" contest was held from June 27, 2023 to July 3, 2023, allowing the Organizing Committee to receive unique and creative slogan ideas that beautifully encapsulate the aspirations and the spirit of VINACONEX humans after 35 years of growth and development. With the participation of 58 entries from various units within the system, this contest not only showcased creativity but also fostered solidarity and cultivated love for the Vinaconex brand among employees.
With the purpose of expressing pride, and unity for VINACONEX, the writing contest titled "My beloved Vinaconex" has been launched online from July 20 to August 20. Participants are encouraged to submit articles, poems, prose, memoirs, songs, etc. with a maximum limit of 1000 words, ensuring all entries are original and free from copyright concerns. The contest has garnered the participation of a large number of VINACONEX employees from all over the country.
The Vinaconex Cup 2023 football tournament featuring 12 teams, commenced on July 15, 2023, and is scheduled to conclude on August 19, 2023. The matches have been played with great enthusiasm, promoting solidarity and integrity, and attracting a large number of fans, thereby fostering interaction and a sense of togetherness among officials, union members, and employees.
Online running championship to celebrate the Corporation's 35th anniversary will take place from August 1, 2023 to September 5, 2023, aiming to foster a collective movement towards a dynamic and healthy Vinaconex community
Vinaconex Sports Day 2023, featuring competitions such as Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess, Chinese Chess, and Tennis, will hold a qualifying competition from August 28, 2023, to September 5, 2023. The finals and team competitions, including tug of war and sack jumping, as well as the award ceremony, will be held on September 9, 2023. The sports committee of the Corporation's Trade Union has initiated registrations for the first round of competition and will continue to accept registrations until the end of August 5, 2023.
The running competition, celebrating the 35th anniversary of Vinaconex Corporation’s establishment at the Cat Ba Amatina project, will take place on August 25, 2023. Officers, union members, and employees of the Corporation participating would have a chance to enjoy the beautiful roads and landscapes at this “a resort masterpiece in the heart of Pearl Island” project invested by the Corporation.
Throughout the years, the Corporation's cultural and sports activities have always garnered the involvement of a number of officials, union members, and employees, resulting in the formation of unity and devotion within the Vinaconex community. This has played a crucial role in fostering corporate culture and effectively boosting the production and business activities across the Corporation and the member units.
The Corporation's Trade Union proposed that the leaders of all units within the system should continue to promote and organize sports activities at their units, while also encouraging and facilitating the participation of employees and union members in the sports activities organized by the Corporation's Trade Union. This will help to create an exhilarating atmosphere, elevating the collective spirits throughout the entire system in celebration of the Corporation's 35th anniversary (September 27, 1988 - September 27, 2023).
