On July 9, 2025, Vietnam Import-Export and Construction Corporation VINACONEX and Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank Sacombank officially signed a credit financing agreement to support homebuyers at Vera Diamond City, a premium urban development invested by VINACONEX in Mong Cai City.
