VINACONEX AND CMC SIGN THE STRATEGIC COOPERATION AGREEMENT

On October 6, 2021, the strategic cooperation signing ceremony between Vinaconex and CMC took place at the headquarters of Vinaconex Corporation.
On the side of CMC Joint Stock Company, there were the presence of the following:
- Mr. Vu Dinh Do, Chairman of the Board of Directors of DNP Holding
- Mr. Ngo Duc Vu, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of DNP Holding
- Mr. Tran Duc Huy, Standing Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of CMC JSC.
- Ms. Dang Thi Ngoc Han, Miss Vietnam 2010, Director of External Relations of DNP Holding.
- Along with members of the Board of Directors and Board of Management of DNP Holding and CMC Tiles.
On the side of Vinaconex, there were the presence of the following:
- Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dong, Member of the Board of Directors, Corporation’s General Director.
- Mr. Duong Van Mau, Member of the Board of Directors, Corporation’s Standing Deputy General Director.
- Mr. Nguyen Huu Toi, Member of the Board of Directors, Corporation’s Deputy General Director.
- Mr. Nguyen Khac Hai, Corporation’s Deputy General Director
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang, Deputy General Director cum Chief Finance Officer of the Corporation.
Under the cooperation agreement, both parties agree to actively cooperate to improve operational efficiency by promoting the respective strengths of each party while supporting, sharing resources, and prioritizing the use of each other's goods.
Mr. Nguyen Khac Hai, Deputy General Director of Vinaconex Corporation, said at the signing ceremony that Vinaconex, as one of the top brands in the construction industry, had strengths in the fields of construction, project investment and development. Vinaconex would like to cooperate with major partners having outstanding advantages in manufacturing and supplying high-quality bricks and tiles, as well as building materials to fulfill the production and business requirements. The signing of the strategic cooperation agreement Vinaconex - CMC today represents a good cooperation outcome obtained and formally signifies the strengthening of the parties' comprehensive strategic partnership.
According to Mr. Tran Duc Huy, Standing Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of CMC JSC, over the past 60 years, CMC Tiles had constantly pursued the mission of perfecting the appearance of constructions across the country and focused on developing on the “sustainable” philosophy basis to provide safe, superior, and unique brick and tile solutions. CMC desires to collaborate closely with Vinaconex in order to provide the greatest products and services at Vinaconex's works and projects and contribute to offering Vietnamese people the finest possible living, working spaces, and experiences.
The signing strategic cooperation signing ceremony between Vinaconex and CMC took place successfully, officially marking the two parties' partnership growing tighter, more comprehensive, and long-lasting.
