VINACONEX AND BLUESCOPE LYSAGHT SIGNING MOU ON STRATEGIC COOPERATION

The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony between Vinaconex Corporation and Bluescope Lysaght took place on January 15, 2021, at Vinaconex Corporation's headquarters. Through cooperation, the two parties recognized and strengthened their partnership based on their respective capabilities in order to jointly develop large projects in the future.
Mr. Nguyen Khac Hai, Deputy General Director of the Corporation, as well as representatives of the Construction Board, functional boards, and member units, attended the ceremony.
On the side of Bluescope Lysaght, there were Mr. Nguyen Cao Tri, General Director; Mr. Ngo Hoang Minh, General Manager - North and other representatives.

Mr. Nguyen Cao Tri, General Director of Bluescope Lysaght informed that BlueScope Lysaght is an expert in supplying superior steel solutions, and products matching all design styles of the building, giving a comfortable, energy-saving workspace with the most effective reinvestment time. Bluescope Lysaght desires to cooperate closely with Vinaconex in order to considerably improve the parties’ capabilities of technique and project implementation, particularly in the area of civil and industrial construction..

With 165 years of experience and nearly 30 years of presence in Vietnam, Lysaght focuses its strength in three main fields: Setting up new standards for industrial plants with Roofing and Walling solutions; contributing to the development of high-tech agriculture with Lysaght Argrished solution, and modernizing urban areas through a number of skyscrapers with its unique solutions of Lysaght Bondek II and solutions for enclosures, partitions of buildings, cold storage, and clean rooms.
Currently, BlueScope Lysaght is working with Vinaconex contractor to supply steel products for the Mikazuki Spa & Hotel Resort - Da Nang resort project with a total investment of up to $100 million from the famous hotel group - Mikazuki (Japan).
As part of the ceremony, experts from both sides also shared and discussed issues related to design and engineering; technology; solutions; experience in civil and industrial construction, etc ./.
