VINACONEX REINFORCES ITS POSITION AS A LEADING EMPLOYER IN VIETNAM’S CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

On December 26, 2025, in Hanoi, within the framework of the announcement ceremony for the Vietnam Value 500 (VALUE500) rankings, VINACONEX was honored in the Top 500 Leading Employers in Vietnam, while also ranking 2nd in the Top 10 Best Places to Work in Vietnam 2025 - Construction Industry.

VINACONEX REINFORCES ITS POSITION AS A LEADING EMPLOYER IN VIETNAM’S CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY — Deputy General Director Tran Dinh Tuan represented VINACONEX in receiving the trophy and certification honoring the corporation as one of the Top 500 Best Employers in Vietnam 2025 (VBE 500).

The rankings are organized annually on a national scale by Finance & Investment Newspaper (Ministry of Finance) in collaboration with Viet Research, aiming to honor outstanding enterprises that build professional, positive, and creative work environments.

To secure a place in the Top 10 Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2025 - Construction Industry, enterprises shall meet numerous stringent criteria, including: sustainable production and business efficiency; outstanding achievements in job creation; remuneration policies and employee care; and a stable, humane working environment.

This marks the third consecutive year VINACONEX has been honored, maintaining its position as 2nd in the Top 10 Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2025 - Construction Industry. This achievement recognizes VINACONEX's persistent efforts, as a Top 2 Vietnamese construction contractor, in its journey to continuously create sustainable value, place people at the center, and contribute positively to shared development.
