On November 4, 2023, Vietnam National University (VNU) held its 2023 Investment Promotion Conference (VNU IPC 2023) in Hoa Lac. The Conference attracted 200 businesses nationwide, over 500 scientists, and thousands of students.

VNU Investment Promotion Conference 2023 is a practical, meaningful program that fosters collaborations among businesses and enterprises, both domestic and international; promoting investment in education, training, science and technology; as well as transitioning knowledge, commercializing high-value products, thereby contributing to the nation’s development.
Speaking on behalf of Vinaconex, Deputy General Director Tran Dinh Tuan emphasized the Corporation’s dedication to social responsibility and commitment to the Education and Training sector; through past and ongoing cooperation projects, the Corporation remains committed to contributing and supporting VNU. VNU IPC 2023 is among the series of activities commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Government's promulgation of the Decree on the establishment of VNU (December 10, 1993 - December 10, 2023). The conference includes not only the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) with investors, but also topics related to Cooperation and investment attraction for Urban Area development; pitching to attract investments in research groups, science and technology products, and startup projects; showcasing VNU's potential and achievements in science; and so on.
