VINACONEX BRINGS LUNAR NEW YEAR CHEER TO EMPLOYEES ACROSS THE SYSTEM

Continuing its long-standing tradition of compassion and mutual support, VINACONEX Corporation, together with its Trade Union and Youth Union, organized a Lunar New Year gift-giving program for employees ahead of the Year of the Horse 2026.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Hai Dang, Deputy General Director, along with heads of functional departments at the Corporation's headquarters. Representing the Trade Union were Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy, Party Committee Standing Member and Trade Union President; Mr. Nguyen Hai Lam, Vice President;
Also present were Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, former Trade Union President of the 6th term, members of the Trade Union Executive Committee, Youth Union representatives, leaders of grassroots unions, and employees from across the system.

As of December 31, 2025, VINACONEX has 4,208 union members and employees working across 22 grassroots unions. With support from the Party Committee and Corporation leadership, the Trade Union Standing Committee approved a resolution allocating union funds to provide Tet gifts for all 4,208 employees, each valued at 300,000 VND.
Beyond this universal gift, the Trade Union also extended additional support to 373 employees facing difficult circumstances across grassroots unions.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy General Director Nguyen Hai Dang extended warm New Year wishes to all employees and acknowledged their dedication and unity throughout the past year. He expressed hope that the entire system would continue building on 37 years of tradition and growth, working together to achieve the Corporation's 2026 business targets and strategic goals.

On behalf of the Trade Union, President Nguyen Quoc Huy conveyed New Year greetings to all employees and highlighted the Corporation's strong business performance over the past year. He attributed these achievements to sound strategic direction from leadership and the collective efforts of employees across the Corporation and its subsidiaries.
He also expressed sincere gratitude to leadership for their ongoing commitment to job security, income growth, and improved benefits for the employees. President Huy affirmed the Trade Union's full support and determination, together with all employees, to help the Corporation achieve its 2026 goals.

On behalf of the employees, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tung (the Phu Yen Project Management Board) expressed pride in being part of the VINACONEX family and pledged to continue giving the best to help the Corporation meet its 2026 objectives.

The program also included a special moment of gratitude as leadership, the Trade Union, and employees presented flowers to Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, former Trade Union President of the 6th term, honoring his 40 years of service in the construction industry as he enters retirement.
As the New Year approaches, this annual tradition reaffirms VINACONEX's core values: a deep commitment to its people, who remain at the heart of the Corporation's strategy and are regarded as its most valuable asset.
