Following Official Letter No. 199-CV/DU from the Lang Ward Party Committee, on April 13, 2026, at the Corporation's Headquarters, the Standing Committee of the VINACONEX Party Committee organized a conference to research, study, and thoroughly disseminate the Resolution of the 14th Central Committee's 2nd Conference.
The conference was directly linked to the national conference organized by the Central Committee, ensuring synchronized implementation nationwide.
In his keynote remarks, General Secretary and President To Lam emphasized that as the country stands before great opportunities for breakthrough, upholding principles, discipline, and unity within the Party has become a critical factor. He particularly stressed the importance of taking action, doing it correctly, and executing it decisively and effectively.
The conference focused on several key topics, including: Regulations on the implementation of the Party Charter; regulations on political and ideological work within the Party; the Resolution on strengthening inspection and supervision work; Regulations on Party inspection, supervision, and discipline; the Resolution on continuing to strengthen the Party's leadership in the fight against corruption, waste, and negativity in the new era; as well as conclusions from the 2nd Plenum regarding socio-economic development, finance, public investment, borrowing, and public debt repayment for the 2026-2030 period.
At VINACONEX, the conference has the presence of Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Corporation's Board of Directors; members of the Party Committee Executive Board, members of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Management, heads of functional departments, representatives of the Trade Union and Youth Union, along with officials and party members from affiliated Party cells based at the Corporation's Headquarters.
Concluding the conference, Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan underscored that the 14th Central Committee's 2nd Conference Resolution is especially significant, enabling officials and party members to fully understand the core content and new points in the Central Committee's policies and directions. On that basis, the entire VINACONEX system must achieve high unity in awareness and action, treating the implementation of the Resolution not merely as a political task but as a practical requirement in an increasingly competitive environment.
To effectively achieve these goals, he called on all party committees, cells, and members within the Corporation to continue their serious study, proactively incorporate the Resolution's contents into each unit's production and business activities, promote pioneering and exemplary roles, and strengthen inspection and supervision to ensure substantive and effective implementation.
The conference serves as an important milestone for the entire VINACONEX Party Committee to further enhance political awareness, reinforce a sense of responsibility, and create momentum for successfully achieving the 2026 targets, contributing to the Corporation's sustainable development in the new era.
