The signing ceremony marked an important milestone in leveraging the strengths of all parties to deliver modern, efficient, and environmentally sustainable solutions aligned with the goal of promoting green development.
Under the agreement, the three parties - VINACONEX, CTCENVI, and Organica Water (Hungary) - will jointly implement wastewater treatment projects across Vietnam, with priority given to applying FCR™ technology, Organica’s next-generation wastewater treatment innovation. The partnership also extends to marketing, bidding, trade promotion, training, and technology transfer activities.

The event marks an significant milestone in leveraging the strengths of all parties to deliver modern, efficient, and environmentally friendly development solutions.
In his remarks, Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan, Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of VINACONEX, highlighted: “The strategic partnership agreement among VINACONEX, CTCENVI, and Organica Water represents a shared commitment to creating advanced wastewater treatment solutions - not only enhancing environmental quality but also generating tangible value for communities and society.”

VINACONEX, with 37 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, and environmental development, plays a key role as a strategic partner, supporting market positioning and stakeholder engagement. The corporation may also serve as the EPC contractor for designated projects.

The signing ceremony took place at VINACONEX Headquarters, 34 Lang Ha Street, Hanoi.
Over the years, VINACONEX has integrated corporate social responsibility into its business strategy, pioneering the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria. The corporation has been recognized among Vietnam’s Top 10 ESG Construction General Contractors. This partnership further reaffirms VINACONEX’s commitment to sustainable development and lays the groundwork for expanding international cooperation in the environmental sector.
Previously, the three parties collaborated on the Cat Ba-Amatina Urban Area wastewater treatment project, featuring an FCR™-based system with a capacity of 10,000 m³ per day & night, which achieved both high treatment efficiency and architectural harmony with the surrounding landscape. The project’s success serves as a strong foundation for deepening the strategic cooperation this time.
