Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation (Vinaconex) has recently uncovered an unauthorized usage of their registered brand on a website whose domain names http://www.vinaconex.cc/ This illicit use includes the unauthorized use of Vinaconex's brand name, logo, images, business information, as well as photos of Vinaconex’s works/projects. This websites appears to be enticing visitors to register, invest, and contribute capital with high interest rates, as specifically shown in the attached images.

Besides, based on the information we have acquired, certain individuals have been sending messages under the guise of personnel from/or Vinaconex, urging organizations/individuals to deposit money for project investments, inviting them to engage in tourism activities and participate in derivative trading products, presenting gifts or engaging in other forms on various internet platforms and social networks.
Upon a thorough review, we hereby affirm that the aforementioned information and images are entirely false that illegally used Vinaconex brand, impersonated Vinaconex personnel and/or Vinaconex, engaged in malicious activities that violate the law, and displayed signs of fraud to appropriate property as specified in Article 174 of the Penal Code. It is imperative to note that Vinaconex does not partake in any of the business practices mentioned above.
Currently, Vinaconex is in the process of completing the required procedures to request the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention and Control, as well as the competent State authorities, to investigate, clarify, promptly remove the information and handle it in accordance with the law.
