On April 19, 2025, at the central hub of T3 Terminal, Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Ho Chi Minh City, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremony for 80 key national projects across the country to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and Vietnam Reunification. The ceremony was held both in person and online, with 79 locations across 34 provinces and cities participating. VINACONEX proudly contributed to the inauguration/groundbreaking of four major national projects.
At the T3 Terminal site, PM Chinh and other dignitaries performed the groundbreaking and ribbon-cutting ceremony for various projects marking the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and Vietnam Reunification. With a total investment of approximately VND 445 trillion, these projects include 47 completed projects and 33 newly started ones.In his speech, PM Pham Minh Chinh expressed hope that these significant projects would serve as “symbols” that help position Vietnam as a nation of Independence, Peace, Unity, Resilience, Happiness, Prosperity, and Civilization on the world map, benefiting the people.Prime Minister Chinh and Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen, conducted the groundbreaking ceremony for the 50th anniversary commemoration projects.In the road sector, six new expressway projects, covering 227 kilometers, have been completed, bringing the total length of operational expressways in Vietnam to 2,268 kilometers. Four of these projects were completed 6-9 months ahead of schedule. This is a key contract with a value of VND 1.62 trillion.At the same time, a groundbreaking ceremony for Package No. 13 of the road construction project from DT. 277 to the Nguyen Van Cu Memorial Site was held, with a total investment of nearly VND 150 billion.
