On June 6, 2024, the Brand and Occupational Safety Department of the Corporation's Construction Board collaborated with the National Center for Occupational Safety and Health (NCOSH), the Department of Work Safety to conduct a training course, distribute certificates for “Occupational Safety and Hygiene under Decree No. 44/2016/ND-CP dated May 15, 2016, of the Government” and disseminate related documents. The course was held at the Steering Committee of Package No. 12 for the expansion project of Noi Bai International Airport’s Passenger Terminal T2.
The training course had the presence of the expert and lecturer Nguyen Xuan Van, Deputy Head of the Construction Safety Office, National Center for Occupational Safety and Health, Department of Work Safety.
Representing Vinaconex Corporation was Mr. Le Tuan Luong, Head of the Brand and Occupational Safety Dep.

This training course held at the project site is part of the Corporation's Periodic employee training program, aiming to share knowledge with employees, officers, and workers directly involved in project implementation, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations on occupational safety and health (OSH).
The course enhances legal knowledge on OSH - Fire Prevention - Rescue not only for Vinaconex staff but also for contractors involved in the construction project.
The training session aimed to enhance workers' responsibility, knowledge, and skills in OSH, ultimately helping to maintain Vinaconex's reputation and position as a leading brand in the industry.
In his opening speech, Mr. Le Tuan Luong, Head of the Brand and Occupational Safety Dep emphasized that Vinaconex always implements the OSH Management System. Full compliance with OSH regulations is not only mandatory but also the responsibility and right of each employee across all construction sites and projects. The training course for workers on Package No. 12 enhances their OSH knowledge and skills, sustaining Vinaconex's leading position and bolstering the Joint Venture's reputation.
Mr. Le Minh Quy, Director of the Viet Bac Joint Venture, expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to work on the complex and demanding Package No. 12, which requires exceptional skills and shall proceed without disrupting Terminal T2's normal operations. The Joint Venture asked trainees to fully commit to the training course, and ensure the project's timely and secure completion.
Under expert guidance, trainees gained comprehensive knowledge on various aspects of OSH, including legal policies, standards and technical regulations on OSH, methods for improving working conditions, safety culture in production, construction safety practices, specialized training, risk management, safe operating procedures with equipment, etc.
Upon completion of the training course and health checks, the project’s staff were awarded OSH certificates. More importantly, they would become instrumental in promoting awareness, education, and knowledge sharing among Vinaconex employees and the broader construction industry personnel.
