With the determination to expedite the construction progress of Package 09/TP2-XL, the Ring Road No. 4 – Hanoi capital region project to complete the Package at least 6 months ahead of schedule, on December 28, Vinaconex contractor held a launching ceremony for the competition. This meaningful event was part of a series celebrating national holidays and leading up to the 36th anniversary of the Corporation's establishment.
The ceremony had the presence of Chairman of BOD Dao Ngoc Thanh; Deputy General Directors Duong Van Mau and Nguyen Khac Hai; Human Resources Director, Standing Committee Member of Emulation - Commendation Council Nguyen Quoc Huy; Vice President of the Trade Union Nguyen Hai Lam; Secretary of the Youth Union, Deputy Director of the Construction Department Hoang Thieu Bao; as well as leaders of various departments and employees of the Project Executive Board.
In the ceremony, Chairman Dao Ngoc Thanh congratulated and commended the Thang Long Project Management Board and on-site personnel, praising their dedication in overcoming obstacles and successfully executing the bidding package while ensuring the safety, quality, and progress despite being newly established. He urged the board to maintain their diligent efforts for the timely completion of the Ring Road No.4 - Capital Region investment project. That would serve as a cornerstone for Vinaconex to conquer intricate and world-class projects in the future.
Site manager, Director Nguyen Hoang Hai a report on the construction progress and competition agreement’s targets to the Chairman and the working group. Accordingly, the implementation time, spanning from December 28, 2023, to December 31, 2024, would be divided into three phases.
The Executive Board of the Package 09/TP2-XL, with the principles of “Productivity - Quality - Safety – Efficiency”, commits to achieving a cumulative output of VND709.1 billion and cumulative revenue of VND 556.5 billion, aiming to expedite progress by at least 6 months, ensuring timely completion in 2025 while upholding quality, hygiene, and environmental standards set by the Investor and the Corporation.
Deputy General Director of the Corporation Duong Van Mau, requested all project participants to demonstrate utmost responsibility and determination for the project’s safety, quality, and progress, proving Vinaconex's merit in light of the investor's trust.
At the end of the ceremony, the Corporation's Trade Union extended gifts and good wishes to the union members, and personnel involved in the construction project.
