The conference was attended by Mr. Nguyen Hong Dan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Lang Ward; Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai Thu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Dai Mo Ward Party Committee; Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Board Member, and Deputy General Director of VINACONEX; along with representatives from the Party Committees, Boards of Directors, and General Directors of both VINACONEX and VIWASEEN.
At the conference, the Lang Ward Party Committee announced and presented the decision to transfer VIWASEEN's Party Committee to VINACONEX's Party Committee. Following that, VINACONEX's Party Committee announced and presented the decision to officially receive VIWASEEN's Party Committee as a component Party unit, comprising 1 component Party unit, 13 affiliated Party cells, and 192 members.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai Thu expressed confidence that VIWASEEN's Party Committee would continue to uphold its tradition of unity, build a strong and transparent Party organization, and effectively lead the enterprise in fulfilling its political and business missions in the new phase.
In his keynote remarks, Mr. Nguyen Hong Dan emphasized that the transfer and integration of VIWASEEN's Party Committee serves both organizational and strategic purposes, strengthening unified leadership across the business sector and leveraging the strengths and resources of units within the same ecosystem.
He called on VINACONEX's Party Committee to promptly guide VIWASEEN's Party Committee in stabilizing its organization, consolidating its structure, and ensuring strong political and ideological alignment among officials, members, and employees following the transfer. He also stressed the importance of continuously improving Party activities, reinforcing the Party organization's political core role, and aligning Party building with business performance to drive sustainable development.
The Lang Ward Party Secretary also called on VINACONEX's and VIWASEEN's Party Committees to strengthen coordination with local authorities to maintain security and order, protect the environment, and support social welfare activities and cultural development, contributing to the shared goal of building Lang Ward into a model urban area.
Speaking on behalf of the receiving unit, Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan reaffirmed that the Party organization transfer, as directed by the Hanoi Party Committee, is both timely and appropriate, providing a foundation for more unified, coordinated, and effective leadership across the VINACONEX system. He emphasized the importance of strengthening the Party organization's political core role within the enterprise, particularly as it operates without state capital.
On behalf of VINACONEX's Party Committee, Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan expressed sincere gratitude to the Dai Mo Ward Party Committee Standing Board for its ongoing support and guidance throughout VIWASEEN's time under its jurisdiction. He also thanked the Lang Ward Party Committee Standing Board for its close coordination in ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient transfer process. He hopes for continued support and guidance from the Lang Ward Party Committee and its advisory bodies to help both VINACONEX and VIWASEEN Party Committees uphold their traditions of unity, fulfill their political and business missions, and contribute meaningfully to the growth of the enterprise and the local community.
The conference concluded successfully, formally completing the transfer of VIWASEEN's Party Committee to VINACONEX's. This milestone reflects the growing cohesion and shared commitment between the two units as they work together toward sustainable business development.
