VINACONEX Party Committee Holds 5th Executive Committee Conference (Expanded)

On May 20, 2025, the Party Committee of VINACONEX convened the 5th Expanded Executive Committee Conference. Chaired by Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh, Secretary of the Party Committee, the conference focused on thoroughly communicating the directives from the Central Committee and the Hanoi Party Committee, as well as launching the preparations for the 6th Party Congress of the Corporation for the 2025–2030 term.

The conference was attended by Executive Committee Members of the VINACONEX’s Party Committee; Secretaries of grassroots Party cells; Key leaders from subsidiaries where VINACONEX holds controlling shares; Members of the Inspection Committee; President of the Trade Union; Secretary of the Youth Union; Heads of departments and functional units under the Party Committee

In his remarks, Mr. Thanh also commended the successful completion of grassroots congresses at all 39/39 affiliated Party cells, conducted in strict compliance with processes and regulations. This, he noted, demonstrates the Party organizations’ accountability and lays the groundwork for a successful upcoming Corporation-level Congress.

During the conference, the Party Committee held a solemn ceremony to award 50-, 40-, and 30-year Party membership badges to party members.

Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Huu Toi, Member of the Party Committee’s Standing Board, Chairman of VINACONEX’s BOD, and honored recipient of the 40-year Party membership badge, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Party Committee of the Corporation. With deep emotion, he affirmed his pride in the Party and pledged to continue upholding the virtues and pioneering, exemplary role of a true Party member in all areas of work and life. 

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Nguyen Manh Cuong outlined and implemented key directives related to the organization and personnel preparation for the 6th Party Congress of VINACONEX.

Standing Deputy Head of the Party Committee’s Organization Committee Nguyen Quoc Huy, presided over the implementation of personnel procedures for both re-elected and first-time candidates to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committee, as well as the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Corporation for the 6th term (2025–2030), in accordance with the guidelines of the higher-level Party authority.

The outcomes of this Conference serve as a critical foundation for the successful organization of the 6th Party Congress, while also affirming the strength of solidarity and cohesion that underpins VINACONEX’s ongoing development and prosperity.
