In accordance with the inspection and supervision program for the second half of 2025 issued by the Lang Ward Executive Party Committee, on 23 December 2025, Working Delegation No. 1, led by Nguyen Hong Dan, Secretary of the Lang Ward Party Committee and Chairman of the Lang Ward People’s Council, conducted an inspection at the Party Committee of VINACONEX Corporation. The inspection focused on the leadership and direction in implementing political tasks and Party-building work in 2025, in association with the implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Lang Ward Party Congress and the Resolution of the VINACONEX Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
Members of Working Delegation No. 1 included Deputy Head of the Delegation Trinh Gia Hung, Standing Member of the Lang Ward Party Committee and Head of the Party Building Committee; Nguyen Linh Nga, Standing Member and Vice Chairwoman of the Lang Ward People’s Council; Nguyen Thi Xuan, Party Committee Member and Deputy Chairwoman of the Ward Party Committee’s Inspection Commission; along with other delegation members.
On behalf of the VINACONEX Party Committee, attendees included Nguyen Huu Toi, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors; Duong Van Mau, Deputy Party Secretary and Standing Deputy General Director; members of the Party Standing Committee, the Inspection Commission, heads and deputy heads of departments, and representatives of relevant professional units under the Corporation’s Party Committee.

Party Secretary and Chairman of the VINACONEX’s BOD Nguyen Huu Toi, reported to the delegation on the results of the VINACONEX Party Committee’s performance in 2025.
On behalf of the Party Standing Committee, Mr. Nguyen Huu Toi presented a summary report on Party-building and mass organization activities in connection with the Corporation’s production and business operations during 2025. He noted that, despite organizational adjustments following the transition from a grassroots Party organization under the Hanoi City Party Committee to direct oversight by the Lang Ward Party Committee, the VINACONEX Party Committee successfully led the comprehensive fulfillment of assigned political tasks. Party-building work was implemented in a disciplined and systematic manner, reinforcing the role of the Party organization within the enterprise. In parallel, the Party Committee closely coordinated with the Board of Directors and the Executive Board to direct effective solutions, enabling VINACONEX to meet and exceed its 2025 production and business targets approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders. The Corporation also accelerated digital transformation improve operational efficiency, and maintain effective coordination among the Corporation’s Party Committee, Board of Directors, Executive Board, and Trade Union, fostering unity and consensus across the system. Political and ideological education remained a key focus, while VINACONEX’s corporate culture continued to be strengthened on the foundations of solidarity, discipline, and responsibility.
Looking ahead, VINACONEX will continue to promote Party member development, streamline organizational structures to enhance operational quality, accelerate digital transformation, and foster a high-quality workforce; leading and accompanying the employees in successfully achieving strategic objectives, contributing to the Capital’s and the nation’s growth in the new development phase.
Mr. Duong Van Mau, Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy General Director, reported key highlights in production and business performance as well as Party-building activities in 2025.
Mr. Nguyen Khac Hai, Standing Party Committee member and Deputy General Director, reported on leadership and direction of mass organizations, along with efforts to improve employee welfare across the Corporation.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy, Standing Party Committee member and Head of the Inspection Committee, briefed the delegation on organizational work, Party development, inspection and supervision activities in 2025.
Members of the inspection delegation discussed and raised questions regarding leadership effectiveness, implementation of political tasks, and Party-building work within the VINACONEX Party Committee.

Concluding the session, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Lang Ward People’s Council Nguyen Hong Dan, highly commended the VINACONEX Party Committee for its outstanding performance in 2025, considering it as an exemplary Party organization within the enterprise sector and a model worthy of wider replication. He called on the VINACONEX Party Committee to continue innovating leadership methods, prioritize quality in Party member development, strengthen political and ideological education, effectively implement higher-level Party resolutions, and maintain harmonious and stable labor relations. He also emphasized the importance of close coordination and two-way information exchange with the Lang Ward Party Committee to ensure consistency in implementation. Trusting in VINACONEX’s role as the largest Party organization under the Lang Ward Party Committee, he affirmed that VINACONEX would remain a key contributor in supporting the ward Party Committee’s successful implementation of the assigned development goals for the 2025-2030 term.
Acknowledging the guidance of the inspection delegation, Mr. Nguyen Huu Toi expressed his sincere appreciation for the close attention and support of the Lang Ward Party Committee. He affirmed that the VINACONEX Party Committee will continue to strengthen the leadership capacity, effectively fulfill assigned tasks, and make meaningful contributions to the development of Lang Ward, Hanoi, and Vietnam in 2026 and the years ahead.
