Disclosure of information about VINACONEX Tourism Development and Investment Joint Stock Company becoming a subsidiary of VINACONEX

On March 31, 2022, VINACONEX completed the purchase of 57,820,000 shares at Vinaconex Tourism Development and Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: VCR). Since March 31, 2022, Vinaconex Tourism Development and Investment Joint Stock Company is a subsidiary of VINACONEX.

In compliance with the provisions of Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020 of the Ministry of Finance guiding on information disclosure on the stock market, VINACONEX Corporation would like to send to shareholders Official Letter No. 0764/2022/CV-PC announcing information about the above content.
