VINACONEX CELEBRATES THE 94TH FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY OF THE VIETNAM WOMEN'S UNION
To celebrate the 94th Anniversary of the Vietnam Women’s Union and the 14th Anniversary of Vietnamese Women’s Day (October 20), VINACONEX held a special program themed “Vietnamese Women - Past and Present.” Organized by the Corporation’s Trade Union, the Agency Trade Union, and the PR-Marketing Department, the event recognized the valuable contributions and achievements of VINACONEX’s female workforce.

Male Youth Union members, members of the Corporation’s Trade Union Standing Committee, female Executive Committee members, Women's Union of the Corporation, as well as chairwomen and leaders of grassroots Women's Unions, joined by female employees representing over 1,000 women from across the VINACONEX system and its Hanoi-based units, were in attendance.
In his remarks, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Strategic Board Dao Ngoc Thanh delivered a heartfelt message to VINACONEX’s female employees, highlighting their valuable contributions over the Corporation’s 36-year journey. VINACONEX reaffirmed its commitment to fostering a supportive environment where female employees can thrive, balancing family and career, and continuing to make significant contributions to the Corporation and society.
The ceremony concluded with an atmosphere of joy, as the congratulatory messages and gestures from the leadership and Trade Union provided both recognition and motivation for female staff - an indispensable factor, helping the VINACONEX ship to accelerate on the journey of shaping the future
