Youth Union

On October 31, 2025, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of VINACONEX Corporation solemnly convened its 6th Congress for the 2025-2030 term, with 124 delegates participating to represent the aspirations, unity, and collective intellect of youth members across the entire Corporation.

The Congress marked a significant political milestone and a major event for VINACONEX’s young generation, reflecting their continued growth and reaffirming the Youth Union’s pioneering spirit, creativity, and active role in production and business activities, contributing to the Corporation’s sustainable development.

The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Tran Quang Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union, along with senior leaders of VINACONEX, including Mr. Nguyen Huu Toi, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan, Board Member and Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, President of the Corporation’s Trade Union; Mr. Nguyen Hai Lam, Vice President of the Trade Union, and representatives of various departments across the Corporation. 

During the previous term, under the guidance of the Hanoi Youth Union and with the close attention and support of the Party Committee, Board of Directors, and Board of Management of VINACONEX, youth union activities and movements across the Corporation achieved comprehensive and positive results.

Particular emphasis was placed on educating young members in revolutionary ideals, ethics, and cultural values. Initiatives such as “One Good News a Day, One Inspiring Story a Week,” “Hanoi Youth Promoting Civilized Conduct in the Digital Space,” along with various charitable and community activities, were actively implemented by grassroots youth organizations.

For the 2025-2030 term, the VINACONEX Youth Union has identified key priorities and breakthrough initiatives aimed at strengthening the organization, reinforcing education in revolutionary ideals, ethics, lifestyle, and culture, and encouraging young members to nurture aspirations, ambition, and a spirit of initiative, volunteerism, and creativity.

Guided by the action slogan “Integrity - Creativity - Dedication - Pioneering Spirit - Responsibility,” VINACONEX’s young generation is committed to achieving and exceeding the core targets and solutions set for the 2025-2030 term.

At the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Huu Toi, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the BOD of VINACONEX, delivered directive remarks and assigned tasks to the new Executive Committee in order to build a Youth Union commensurate with the Corporation’s stature and capable of meeting its development objectives in the period ahead.

Within the framework of the Congress, delegates actively discussed and contributed opinions on youth union activities and movements, while proposing solutions to strengthen political and ideological education, traditional values, ethics, and legal awareness, aimed at successfully fulfilling the objectives of the 2025-2030 term.

On the same day, the first meeting of the 6th-term Executive Committee was successfully convened. The Committee elected five members to the Standing Committee, one Secretary, two Deputy Secretaries, five members to the Inspection Committee, and one Head of the Inspection Committee. With high confidence and trust, Mr. Hoang Thieu Bao was re-elected as Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of VINACONEX for the 6th term.

The Congress adopted the Draft Resolution and concluded in a vibrant and optimistic atmosphere, marking the beginning of a new term filled with growth, and success.
