The meeting saw the attendance of local government officials, the head of a sub-quarter, the representative of the investor - Vinaconex Investment Co., Ltd., the representative of Vinasinco JSC - the management and operation unit of the building, and all apartment owners/representatives, representative of the commercial office block in the Bohemia Residence Building.
With a serious working spirit, the meeting approved the following documents, rules, and significant contents: Electing the Management Board of the Apartment Building (term of 2022–2025); Operation Regulation of the Management Board; and related contents.
The organizer previously published and announced to all residents the list of candidates nominated to the Management Board in order to ensure the execution of democratic and transparent elections.
The meeting chose a Management Board with five members, including four apartment owners and one representative of the investor, based on the results of the vote-counting conducted under the supervision of residents and parties.
By electing the Management Board with full legal authority and responsibilities, residents would be guaranteed their legal rights through their own elected representatives. The members of the elected Management Board are all capable, experienced, and enthusiastic individuals that would contribute to building a civilized, modern Bohemia Residence community, worthy of being a "place of fulfilled life" for all residents.
We wish that when officially put into operation, the Management Board would operate efficiently and successfully accomplish the duties in the term of 2022–2025.
