VINACONEX HOSTS TRAINING COURSE ON E- PROCUREMENT

NOn August 7, the Human Resources Development Board, in collaboration with the National e-Procurement Center, organized a training course titled “E- Procurement Professional Training”. This program is a key component of the Corporation's annual activities to enhance the human resources’ quality.

The course was led by Master Tran Tuan Linh from the National e-Procurement Center, Public Procurement Agency under the Ministry of Planning and Investment. There were 81 learners, who procurement officers, contract managers, project managers from the Construction Board, Investment Board, and Project Management Units No.1, 2, 3, and the Thang Long Project Management Uni, as well as representatives in charge from various member units of the Corporation took part in the training.

The course for 81 learners, covers a comprehensive range of topics, including:

• Law on Bidding No. 22/2023/QH15 and Documents guiding the implementation of the Law on Bidding.
• System of legal documents on bidding, provisions of the Law on Bidding.
• Training on bidding operations: Master plan for contractor selection, plan and procedures for selecting contractors in construction activities; construction contracts, current bidding laws, and relevant documentation. 
• The process of contractor appointment, competitive offer, direct procurement, centralized procurement, community participation in execution, etc. The processes of e-bidding, e-procurement, contract preparation and contents related to the Law on Bidding.

This e-Procurement training provided learners with the opportunity to research, gain knowledge, and address questions in critical areas. Learners were also updated on the latest e-Procurement regulations, develop skills for preparing e-Procurement documents, and obtain certificates of eligibility to participate in bidding processes.
