The ceremony was attended by representatives of the investor, Viet Duc Steel Joint Stock Company, along with relevant units. From VINACONEX, participants included Deputy General Director Nguyen Khac Hai, leaders of the Construction Division, and project officers and staff.
As part of the program, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hanh, Director of the Project Management Board, presented a detailed report on the current construction progress and summarized the main contents of the Emulation Agreement between VINACONEX (the contractor) and the PMB. The two parties officially signed the agreement, affirming their strong determination to complete the topping-out milestone on schedule or ahead of schedule.
Delivering his directive speech, Mr. Nguyen Khac Hai, Deputy General Director of VINACONEX Corporation, acknowledged and highly appreciated the dedication and sense of responsibility demonstrated by the engineers and workers on site. He asked the Project Management Board and all staff to continue promoting the tradition of solidarity, proactively overcoming obstacles, and ensuring construction quality, occupational safety, and environmental hygiene throughout the implementation of Phase 1 of the project.
The Kira Home Social Housing Project, developed by Viet Duc Steel Group, is built on an area of over 1.5 hectares and includes two 9-storey buildings with 352 apartments ranging from 35 to 70sqm. The project places emphasis on green spaces, public facilities, and a comfortable living environment, meeting the housing needs of laborers, and low-income families. It is also one of 80 representative projects nationwide commenced or inaugurated in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South.
After more than a year of construction, the project has been implemented as planned, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental sanitation. With its profound social significance, Kira Home reflects VINACONEX’s commitment to creating sustainable, modern living spaces and making practical contributions to the community.
