The 2025 list is based on financial year 2024 revenue, with a minimum threshold of USD 349.4 million (approximately VND 9 trillion) required for inclusion.
This is the second consecutive year Fortune has released its list of the 500 largest and most influential enterprises across 6 key Southeast Asian economies: Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines. The 2025 ranking is based on companies’ fiscal year 2024 revenue, with the minimum requirement set at USD 349.4 million (approximately VND 9 trillion).
VINACONEX named among 500 largest enterprises in Southeast Asia - Fortune Southeast Asia 500 in 2025
In 2025, Vietnam has 76 representatives in the Fortune SEA 500, up from 70 the previous year, demonstrating the strength and aspiration of the country’s business sector, particularly among those with flexible management strategies and stable growth capacity amid economic challenges.
In 2024, despite economic headwinds, VINACONEX maintained a solid growth trajectory across its three strategic pillars: construction, real estate, and financial investment. The corporation reported consolidated revenue of VND 13.176 trillion, with consolidated post-tax profit reaching VND 1.108 trillion, equivalent to 117% of the annual target. The holding company alone recorded revenue of VND 9.746 trillion and after-tax profit of VND 861 billion, meeting 100% of the plan and achieving the highest profit in recent years. The dividend rate of 16% - 160% of the annual target, also underscored VINACONEX’s strong commitment to sharing sustainable value with shareholders.
Continuing the growth momentum, VINACONEX has set targets for 2025, aiming for VND 15.5 trillion in consolidated revenue, VND 1.2 trillion in after-tax profit, and maintaining a dividend rate of 16%.
VINACONEX is currently constructing the 6th passenger boarding bridge at the Long Thanh International Airport Terminal, a key national project.
In the construction sector, VINACONEX is accelerating progress and ensuring high-quality execution across several key national infrastructure projects, including Long Thanh International Airport Phase 1, Ring Road No.4 - Hanoi Capital Region, and the expansion of Terminal T2 at Noi Bai International Airport.
