VINACONEX SIGNS CONTRACT TO IMPLEMENT THE V-EST SOFTWARE

On November 25, 2025, VINACONEX Corporation signed a contract with Changsoft I&I to implement V-EST, an advanced 3D model-based quantity takeoff and management solution.

The software is developed specifically for the Vietnamese market and is built on the same technology platform as BuilderHub-Q, one of the most widely adopted tools among major contractors in South Korea for quality and quantity management.
The application of V-EST represents a strategic transition from traditional 2D takeoff method to automated 3D modeling workflow.

With its intuitive interface, 3D visualization of structural components, and transparent quantity management, V-EST becomes a powerful tool supporting engineers right from the project preparation stage.
