On February 27, 2026, VINACONEX Corporation held a formal ceremony to announce key leadership appointments approved by the Board of Directors.
The event brought together Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh, Chairman of the Strategic Council; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dong, Board Member and General Director; along with members of the Board of Directors, Board of Management, Party Committee, Trade Union, Youth Union, heads of functional departments and subsidiaries, and employees from across the Corporation.

Mr. Pham Thai Duong receives his appointment as Corporation’s Deputy General Director
The Corporation also announced the appointment of Mr. Pham Thai Duong as Deputy General Director for a five-year term beginning February 27, 2026. A construction engineer with an MBA, Mr. Duong has been serving as Director of Project Management Board No. 1 and will continue in this concurrent role.
Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan, Chairman of the Board, affirmed that being elected as Chairman of the Corporation is a great honor and a major responsibility as the Corporation enters a new chapter.
In his acceptance speech, newly appointed Chairman Tran Dinh Tuan thanked the BOD for their trust and confidence. He affirmed his commitment to working with the leadership team to build VINACONEX on principles of sustainability, transparency, and excellence. He emphasized building on nearly four decades of unity, turning challenges into opportunities, and driving the Corporation's strategic goals forward.
