On November 1, 2021, the Board of Directors and Board of Management of Vinaconex ITC held an announcement ceremony of the decision on the key staff appointment per Vinaconex Corporation's policy on personnel consolidation. The ceremony had the attendance of the following:
Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vinaconex - ITC; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dong, General Director of Corporation; Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy Human Resource Director of Corporation.
On the side of Vinaconex - ITC were representatives of the Board of Directors, Board of Management, and key staff. At the ceremony, Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh, Chairman of the Corporation’s BOD, Chairman of Vinaconex – ITC’s BOD announced the following decisions:
To appoint Mr. Nguyen Trung Vu, Civil and Construction Engineer, Site Manager of Long Son Oil Refinery Project under the Corporation to hold the position of Deputy General Director of Vinaconex – ITC, Director of the Cai Gia - Cat Ba Project Management Unit.
On behalf of the leaders of the Corporation, the Chairman of the BOD Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh, and the General Director Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dong presented flowers and congratulated the staff on their appointment to the new positions as well as hoped that they would keep promoting their capabilities, experiences, innovation, through collaborative efforts with the Board of Directors and employees of the Company to facilitate the investment and business activities by in line with the current Laws and regulations of the Company to achieve the optimal efficiency and benefits for the company.
The newly appointed officers were fully aware of the directions and assignment of tasks of the Corporation’s Board of Directors and pledged to do their best to fulfill the assigned tasks in new roles.
