On December 12, 2025, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Association of Construction Contractors (VACC) organized a networking and cooperation program with the Seoul Construction Association of Korea (SCAK), bringing together leaders of more than 30 major Korean construction groups, along with representatives of Vietnamese construction enterprises.

The conference focused on connecting Vietnamese and Korean construction businesses, sharing experience in construction execution, project management, and technology transfer, while exploring cooperation opportunities in infrastructure projects, high-tech engineering works, and international investment activities.
The program brought together more than 30 reputable construction enterprises from South Korea.
In his remarks at the event, Chairman of VACC Nguyen Quoc Hiep, emphasized that Vietnam is entering a period of strong development in infrastructure, urbanization, and industrial construction, creating significant room for international cooperation. He noted that Korean contractors possess outstanding strengths in technology, construction capability, and project management, which align well with the development orientation of Vietnam’s construction sector.
VACC Chairman Nguyen Quoc Hiep highlighted Vietnam’s rapid infrastructure and urban development, noting that South Korean contractors’ strengths in technology, construction, and project management align well with the country’s development goals.
Also speaking at the conference, Deputy General Director of VINACONEX Nguyen Khac Hai, stated that with solid capacity, extensive experience, and a strong financial foundation, VINACONEX is ready to cooperate with Korean companies, aiming to expand international collaboration and deepen integration in the country’s new development phase.
