With strong political commitment, public support, and effective coordination in addressing obstacles, all bidding packages for the Ring Road 4 project in the Hanoi capital area are currently being executed with determination and effort to keep the project on schedule.
As the Lunar New Year approaches, the Ring Road No.4 construction site remains a hive of activity, with workers and machinery operating at full capacity.
Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee, Duong Duc Tuan, on behalf of the city's leadership, expressed deep appreciation for the proactive and determined efforts of all stakeholders in accelerating the project’s progress
During his visit to extend New Year’s greetings to officials and workers, Vice Chairman Tuan, reaffirmed the project’s national significance. Given its construction scale and urgency, the development is pivotal in enhancing regional connectivity, unlocking resources, and driving economic growth—not only for Hanoi but also for the Capital Region, the Northern Key Economic Zone, and the Red River Delta.
Recognizing the project's substantial, long-term impact, the Vice Chairman emphasized that contributing to its construction is both an honor and a source of pride for all involved as the dedication of labors whose efforts today will shape the future development of the Capital.
On the occasion of the upcoming Lunar New Year, Hanoi Vice Chairman extended his best wishes to the workers and employees involved in the construction of Ring Road 4, hoping for a year of good health, happiness, and unwavering determination as they undertake the honorable and vital task of delivering the project on schedule with the highest standards of quality.
A representative from Package No. 9 stated that approximately 300 workers and over 100 machines are actively engaged across multiple construction sections. He confirmed that work would be briefly paused on the 27th Dec of the lunar calendar, with operations resuming on the 6th Jan.
According to the project representative, the contractor has secured ample supplies and materials, ensuring a seamless return to work immediately after Tet Holiday. With crews working overtime in recent weeks, the brief holiday break will not disrupt the project's overall timeline.
