SIGNING CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE AND SALE OF THE 5TH COMMERCIAL FLOOR AT GREEN DIAMOND PROJECT - 93 LANG HA

On the morning of December 3, the signing ceremony of the contract for the sale and purchase of the 5th floor in the Green Diamond Complex Building of commercial centers, offices, and apartments - 93 Lang Ha took place at the Corporation's headquarters.
The ceremony had the presence of the following:
On the side of the investor - Vinaconex Real Estate Joint Stock Company:

• Mr. Duong Van Mau - Permanent Deputy General Director of Vinaconex Corporation, Director of Vinaconex Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
• Mr. Phi Van Vinh: Deputy General Director of Vinaconex Invest One Member Co., Ltd., Deputy Director of Vinaconex Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
• Mr. Nguyen The Tai: Deputy General Director of Vinaconex Invest One Member Co., Ltd, in charge of sales department of the project.

On the side of Agribank Securities Joint Stock Company:

• Mr. Le Son Tung - Acting General Director
• Mr. Pham Viet Hung - Head of Administration - Human Resources Department
• Mrs. Le Thu Minh - Head of Internal Audit and Risk Management Department

With the participation of the representative from the Public notary office.
Complex of commercial centers, offices and apartments Green Diamond is invested by Vinaconex Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
Having a modern and unique design, Green Diamond includes five podium floors and one utility floor and 324 luxury apartments. In particular, the first through third floors are the shopping center, the areas on the 4th & 5th floors are for the office, the 5A floor is the utility floor. The apartments occupy the 6th to 27th floors.

Pursuant to the demand and capacity of both Parties, Vinaconex Real Estate Joint Stock Company and Agribank Securities Joint Stock Company signed a contract for purchase and sale of the 5th commercial floor at Green Diamond Complex Building of commercial centers, offices, and apartments.
