HANOI: THE CURRENT STATE OF VND1.3-TRILLION-HANOI CHILDREN'S PALACE AFTER 2 YEARS OF CONSTRUCTION.

The new Hanoi Children's Palace located in Cau Giay and Nam Tu Liem districts is taking shape after 2 years of construction with a total investment of more than VND1.3 trillion (over $56 million).

HANOI: THE CURRENT STATE OF VND1.3-TRILLION-HANOI CHILDREN'S PALACE AFTER 2 YEARS OF CONSTRUCTION.
The new Hanoi Children's Palace is under construction at CV1 park and conditioning lake  an area of nearly 40,000 sqm and a total investment of more than VN1.3 trillion. This project is one of the key construction of Hanoi city in the period of 2020 - 2025 aiming at creating a major center of culture, sports and political activities of young people.

Moreover, once the project is done, it is expected that it will cater to the requirements of living, education, entertainment, sports, fitness, and cultural exchange, thereby establishing an favorable environment for cultivating and nurturing the future talents of Hanoi city and the country.

The project was commenced in November 2021, invested by The Hanoi Management Board for Cultural - Social Construction Investment Project.

Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee proposed that it is necessary to consider the plan of integrating the balancing lake park’s landscape as well as expanding the square to host important events of the city.

Vinaconex contractor currently has executed the following items: building the body structure, finishing block B1 (7 floors and a roof); building the body structure, finishing block B2 (7 floors), the Astronomy Tower (18 floors), and building, supplying, and setting up ME systems for block B.

As noted by the reporter of Dai Doan Ket Online Newspaper, after nearly 2 years of construction, many important items of the project have begun taking shape.

The project construction is being accelerated in order to ensure its completion by 2024.

The project includes an 800-seat theater, a 200-seat 3D-4D cinema, a 500-seat gymnasium, a 10-lane swimming pool, a school and library of the Astronomy Tower, administrative and office blocks and so on.

The facilities  in the vicinity of the Hanoi Children's Palace project has been completed.
