In the opening days of the Year of the Horse 2026, VINACONEX Corporation held simultaneous project launch ceremonies at key construction sites across the country, marking a strong start and setting an energetic tone for a year of accelerated growth. The ceremonies were attended by Mr. Nguyen Khac Hai, Deputy General Director of the Corporation, along with representatives from the Trade Union, Youth Union, and employees working on site at various projects. On February 24, 2026 (the 8th day of the Lunar New Year), the launch ceremony took place at the Kira Home social housing project within the Viet Duc Legend City urban area. The event proceeded in a solemn atmosphere charged with determination.

Phase 1 spans more than 15,700 sqm, comprising two towers, T1 and T2, with a total floor area exceeding 31,000 sqm.Immediately following contract signing in July 2025, VINACONEX mobilized to implement all project components. To date, temporary works, foundation construction, structural framework, and the model apartment have been completed on schedule, meeting all technical and quality requirements.
The energetic launch momentum continued at the Capital One project on February 25, 2026 (the 9th day of the Lunar New Year). Situated in a prime location in southern Hanoi, the Capital One premium commercial, office, and hotel complex is being developed by VINACONEX on a site of more than 11,700 sqm, featuring 30 above-ground floors and four basement levels.

In 2025, the project completed bored pile installation, diaphragm walls, and the semi-basement B2 ring slab before the Lunar New Year. In 2026, the team is committed to completing all underground structure work and above-ground framework up to the 15th floor, building momentum for the next acceleration phase. In the opening days of 2026, project management teams under the Corporation's Project Management Boards also launched work at key projects across the country. Notable among these are the Hong River Bridge construction project, airport projects, hydropower plants, and packages on the La Son - Hoa Lien, Ho Chi Minh - Long Thanh route, Ca Nuoc - Dat Mui routes, Ring Road 3 (Ho Chi Minh City), Ba Lai 8 Bridge, and Route 25B Dong Nai.
