MUNICIPAL PARTY COMMITTEE PAYS A WORKING VISIT TO VINACONEX’S HEADQUARTERS

Implementing Plan No. 71 – KH/BTCTU dated April 18, 2023 on “Inspection of Party members’ work and professional activities in 2023”, on June 16, at the Corporation’s headquarters, a meeting was held between the Municipal Party Committee's Organizing Committee and the Corporation’s Party Committee. The meeting was attended by Ms. Trieu Thi Ngoc, Deputy Head of the Corporation’s Party Committee, and a delegation from the Hanoi Party Committee.

Representing the Corporation’s Party Committee was Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee. Additionally, there were Heads and Deputy Heads from the Organization Department of the Corporation’s Party Committee. 

At the meeting, the delegation completed the content of the inspection, including:    
(1) Inspecting the professional activities of party members in accordance with the Regulation No. 24-QD/TW, dated July 30, 2021 of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party on the implementation of the Party Charter; Instruction No. 01-HD/TW, dated September 28, 2021 of the 13th Party Central Committee's Secretariat on guiding a number of specific matters in implementing the Party Charter; Instruction No. 12-HD/TW, dated January 18, 2022 of the Central Organisation Commission on guiding the professional work of Party members; Regulation No. 09-QD/TU, dated October 24, 2022 of the Municipal Party Committee’s Standing committee and guiding documents of the Municipal Party Committee's Organizing Committee on admission of party members, recognition as official party members, management Party members, etc. (2) Inspecting the the execution of Project No. 20-DA/TU, dated October 24, 2022 of the Municipal Party Committee’s Standing committee on “Enhancing the quality of party member admission in the Party Committee of Hanoi”; Regulation No. 09-QD/TU dated October 24, 2022 of the Municipal Party Committee on “Some matters in party member management; reviewing, evaluating, and promptly expelling party members who are no longer eligible from the Party under the Hanoi Party Committee”; (3) Assessing the execution of the “The Party Member Handbook” software in accordance with the Plan 121-KH/TU dated December 22, 2022 by the Municipal Party Committee’s Standing committee, database software 3.0 and the preparations for implementing the “Operational management of Party Member” application; Facilities and personnel requirements; party member data synchronization among the softwares of the Central Committee and the Municipal Party Committee.
During the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Corporation’s Party Committee, provided a report on the leadership, direction, and implementation of documents from the Central Committee, Municipal Party Committee, and its Organization Committee. The report focused on the work and the professional activities of party members at the Corporation's Party Committee. 
The delegation also conducted a direct inspection of the documents issued and implemented based on the aforementioned content, including the 12 books used in the party member's management system, the minutes of meetings and the activities of the Corporation’s Party Committee and grassroots Party Committees. 

In her remarks, Ms. Trieu Thi Ngoc - Deputy Head of the Municipal Party Committee's Organizing Committee and the Corporation’s Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of the Party members in their work and professional activities. The Party Committee of the Corporation promptly developed and effectively implemented the Regulation on coordination between the Party Committee and the Board of Management, as well as the Board of Directors. They also strictly followed the regulations set by the Central Committee and the Municipal Party Committee. Additionally, the Corporation’s Party Committee has been actively promoting the role and position of Party organizations in Non-State enterprises; closely collaborating with the Corporation’s leaders in fulfilling the task of developing the enterprise. She proposed that the Corporation’s Party Committee shall review the plan for admitting new party members to ensure a successful party admission in 2023, focus on party development among Ly Thai To high school students, in order to nurture party development in the following years.
Speaking at the meeting, on behalf of the Corporation’s Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong expressed gratitude and acceptance of the comments and suggestions provided by the delegation of the Municipal Party Committee’s Organization Committee. The Corporation’s Party Committee would remain committed to effectively carrying out the work and professional activities of Party members, with the aim of meeting the targets and tasks assigned by the Municipal Party Committee and the Resolution of the Corporation's Party Congress. He would like to continue receiving the attention and assistance of the Municipal Party Committee and its Organization Committee so that the Corporation’s Party Committee can improve performance and successfully fulfill the assigned political task/./
