VINACONEX CONSTRUCTION CONSULTING JSC IS NO LONGER A SUBSIDIARY OF VINACONEX JOINT STOCK CORPORATION

Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation (VINACONEX) would like to respectfully inform you of the current relationship between VINACONEX Corporation and Vinaconex Construction Consultant Joint Stock Company (Vinaconsult).
On June 2, 2023, as part of the investment portfolio restructuring plan, VINACONEX Corporation completed the divestment of 506,000 shares in Vinaconex Construction Consultant Joint Stock Company (Vinaconsult) previously held by VINACONEX Corporation. Following this transaction, VINACONEX Corporation now retains only 55,000 shares, equivalent to 5% of Vinaconsult's charter capital. As such, effective from June 2, 2023, Vinaconsult officially operates as an independent entity and is no longer a subsidiary or affiliated company of VINACONEX Corporation. However, under the terms of the existing licensing agreement, Vinaconsult remains authorized to use the VINACONEX brand in its business operations despite the divestment.
Looking ahead, VINACONEX Corporation will continue to expand the operational scale, pursue strategic partnership opportunities, and enhance long-term value for our shareholders, partners, and clients.
