In celebration of Workers' Month and Action Month for Occupational Safety and Health in 2025, a delegation from Vietnam National Union of Building Workers (VNUBW) visited and offered support to VINACONEX workers, who are working on the expansion of the Noi Bai International Terminal T2.
On the morning of April 29, at the T2 Terminal Construction and Renovation Project at Noi Bai International Airport, Mr. Pham Hoai Phuong, Executive Committee member of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Party Committee member of the Ministry of Construction, and VNBUW’s Chairman, along with his delegation, visited the construction site, encouraging and presenting gifts to VINACONEX workers.
The VNBUW provided 50 gift packages, each worth VND 1 million, to VINACONEX union members who are directly involved in the project. This activity is part of a series of events to celebrate Workers' Month and the Action Month for Occupational Safety and Health in 2025.
In addition, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the VINACONEX Union, along with other union leaders, also presented gifts to the project management team, encouraging both workers and management to continue their efforts.
In the vibrant atmosphere of April, a month with historical significance, construction activities at the site are progressing with urgency, enthusiasm, and pride. The continued encouragement from the leadership of both unions would help fuel the determination of the workers to meet the project's deadlines.
