Appointing Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan, Deputy General Director of the Corporation, to hold the position of Director of PMU No.3 as a concurrent position.
Welcoming Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung, a road and bridge engineer, who has joined the team as Deputy Director of PMU No. 3

ANNOUNCING OF THE DECISION TO ESTABLISH THE PMU NO. 3 UNDER THE CORPORATION AND ASSIGNMENT OF LEADERS IN CHARGE — *Chairman Dao Ngoc Thanh handed the Decision on establishing PMU No. 3 and appointing Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan to hold concurrent positions of Corporation’s Deputy General Director and Director of PMU No.3*

During the ceremony, Chairman Dao Ngoc Thanh presented the Decision to establish the PMU and congratulated the officers, who have been entrusted, appointed, and recommended by the Board of Directors. He expressed his hopes for their continued success in their new positions, contributing to the overall success of the Corporation. Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan, in his speech, expressed his sincere gratitude for the trust and confidence placed in him and considered it an honor and responsibility. He also committed to exerting his best efforts with PMU No. 3 in fulfilling the assigned tasks.
