On April 18, 2022, the Board of Directors of VINACONEX Corporation (MCK: VCG) issued Decision No. 366/2022/QD-HĐQT on the use of Vinaconex ITC shares owned by the Corporation to do business. temporary collateral for Vinaconex ITC's loan at Sacombank while Vinaconex ITC borrows the Red Book which is mortgaged at Sacombank to carry out the procedures for applying for the renewal of the Red Book.
