On June 2, 2023, VINACONEX sold 506,000 shares of the Corporation at Vinaconex's Construction Consultant Joint Stock Company (Vinaconsult). After the sale, VINACONEX now owns 55,000 shares, which is equal to 5% of Vinaconsult's charter capital. Accordingly, Vinaconsult Joint Stock Company is no longer a subsidiary of VINACONEX from June 2, 2023.
In accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020 of the Ministry of Finance providing guidelines on disclosure of information on securities market, VINACONEX Corporation would like to send to shareholders Official Letter No. 2058/2023/CV-PC disclosing information relating to the above-mentioned content.
