On June 21, 2023, VINACONEX sold 1,326,000 shares of the Corporation at VINACONEX Trading & Manpower Joint Stock Company (VINACONEX MEC). After the sale, VINACONEX does not own any shares in VINACONEX MEC Company anymore, and VINACONEX MEC Company is no longer a subsidiary of VINACONEX from June 21, 2023.
In accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020 of the Ministry of Finance providing guidelines on disclosure of information on securities market, VINACONEX Corporation would like to send to shareholders Official Letter No. 2322/2023/CV-PC disclosing information relating to the above-mentioned content.
