In recent years, not only focusing on its core business, VINACONEX also pays special attention to the development of education and training to meet the need of its personnel and outside companies. At present, VINACONEX has two colleges providing vocational training to technical workers, including Xuan Hoa Construction Technical College (Vinh Phuc) and Bim Son Construction Technical College (Thanh Hoa). Every year, these two colleges provide over 500 workers and laborers for VINACONEX, its subsidiaries and other companies.  

In pursuing the policy of educational socialization, VINACONEX has established a system of private schools from pre-school to secondary school at the Trung Hoa Nhan Chinh new urban area.

With successful model of private schools at the Trung Hoa Nhan Chinh new urban area, VINACONEX is planning to cooperate with competent and experienced national and international individuals and agencies in education and training to establish international schools from pre - school to higher education. With investments to upgrade the education capacity of Xuan Hoa Construction Technical College (Vinh Phuc) and Bim Son Construction Technical College (Thanh Hoa), VINACONEX also invested in upgrading VIMECO’s vocational training centre to train and foster human resource in civil and industrial construction, machine, mechanics and mechanic assemble.

At present, in order to focus on its two core business areas, i.e. construction and real estate, VINACONEX transfers this field to its subsidiaries and affiliates.
