On 8 May 2010, the opening ceremony of VINACONEX Real estate exchange was held at Trung Hoa Nhan Chinh Urban area. At tenders included Mr. Nguyen Tran Nam – Deputy Minister of Construction, President of Vietnam Real estate association, representatives from departments of the MOC and Hanoi city. From the VINACONEX JSC., Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan – Chairman, Deputy general directors, representatives of all departments, and directors from subsidiary companies of VINACONEX JSC. joined the event.

VINACONEX Real estate exchange is located at 1^st floor of VINACONEXBuilding at Trung Hoa - Nhan Chinh new urban area and has indoor and outdoor exchange area of 400 m2, which serves investors with convenience.

The establishment of VINACONEX Real estate exchange is to form the professionalism and standardization of real estate business strategy of the Corporation. Here will there be transactions of real estate products of VINACONEX and subsidiary companies in order to establish a chain of product value, gain competitive advantage and achieve the highest effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

In his speech at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Tran Nam emphasized the importance of the real estate market for the development of Vietnam. Along with the growing scale and complexity of the market, the formation of real estate exchange is essential for transparency and professionalism of the real estate market. Therefore, MOC has advocated and will continue studying changes to ensure convenience for transactions on the exchange as well as benefits of businesses and customers. 

Speech by Chairman Nguyen Van Tuan affirmed significance of the establishment of the VINACONEX Real estate exchange toward implementation of the Corporation’s business strategy up to 2015, when it will focus only on two core areas, i.e. construction and real estate development. The Chairman also requested VINACONEX Real Estate Exchange to build reputation to add value to real estate products of the Corporation.
